Rehab at Butterfield was minimal. We did reconfigure the master bathroom upstairs. Other than that, it was mostly paint and carpet. The kitchen had been recently remodeled and looked beautiful!

Sheldon was unique property. It is one of the only down-to-studs rehabs we have done. The rehab on this house took 4 months and it turned out beautifully! We bought it off market from a woman that we had helped with another house a few years prior. We had it listed for 2 weeks and then got 4 offers in the same weekend. It was quite a project to take on, but we are glad we did!
